IFS Multi-Site Planning provides integration in a multi-site and legal entity supply network. Forecasts and actual demands are collected at the end point of the supply chain, converted into time-phased supply plans and transferred to external suppliers or internal production sites. Thus, integration between sites is increased, stocks are reduced and customer service is improved. It provides efficient and simultaneous planning of all sites within a planning network. Multi-site scheduled parts are scheduled simultaneously at all sites in the planning network. Distribution orders provide immediate transmission of inter-regional demand and supply during the planning process and are used throughout the multi-site product structure for multi-site planned parts.
IFS Inventory Replenishment provides standard replenishment capability. It groups parts by frequency, ABC class, and life cycle.
